Whenever the device is online it syncs with your Marine Deep database. So any dive operations your office sets up are instantly transferred to each relevant dive supervisor's account. Your supervisor will receive a notification and, upon checking their personal calendar, will find all the relevant information and digital paperwork for the operation waiting for them. During the dive operation, they can fill in the daily forms, even when there is no connection available. As soon as they’re back online, forms sync instantly with your office database.

Creating a new dive operation only takes a few clicks. DOPA App 

The DOPA App is built to work on Android and iOS tablets and mobiles. This enables your supervisors to fill in paperwork on the job. Each supervisor has their own calendar filled with scheduled operations, including the job specifics. When a new operation is created, they’ll be notified so they can prepare the job accordingly.


The Portal 


Many clients expect a copy of all the paperwork related to the operation. The easiest way to do this is to send them a link granting access to the portal; a screen where they can download all, or some, of the signed PDFs.  Choose to have a link sent automatically at the end of the job and which forms to include in the portal.
