Sync and swim with DOPA

Working remotely isn’t so remote anymore. Although global internet coverage is in the pipeline, it’s not here yet. When it does arrive, it’s still an unknown quantity in terms of price, reliability and speed. This is why we built the Dive Ops Paperwork App (DOPA), our offline document management system for dive contractors. DOPA lets you use a tablet or smartphone to fill in your daily forms offline. Once the supervisor is back online, DOPA syncs with your Marine Deep database to upload all the completed and signed sheets from the dive operation. Any changes or additional documentation are automatically available for the supervisor on their tablet or phone, ready for the next job heading onsite and offline.

Our off-the-shelf document management system covers many of the needs of commercial diving enterprises,  giving you an inexpensive solution for making the switch to a paperless office. Every contractor will have spent time creating its own format for essential documentation, such as dive logs. We have created a template based system, giving clients the ability to digitise their current forms, rather than having a hardcoded generic version dictating the information that can be recorded. We can provide you with the benefits of using digital paperwork without the added expense of programming bespoke documentation.
